Learn More Be Visibleis a cross-Canada campaign designed to raise awareness of the reality of injury as the major cause of trauma and death in Canada, and to make Canadians aware that preventing those injuries is the fastest and easiest way to change this reality.
Be Visible invites every Canadian to take a personal stand on the challenge of preventing injury and to make that stand a public one—to be visible about doing so.
This personal commitment can take many forms—from making sure that all outside gear is visible when it is dark, to taking a stand for safety around the dining room table or in public policy debates.
Together, on October 7 in Halifax, Nova Scotia, five leading organizations signed a Declaration asking all Canadians to mobilize to reduce the number and severity of injuries for all Canadians - including their own families and loved ones.
